Cancer Warriors – We Don’t Fight Alone
Cancer Warriors was born out of Pastor Brenda’s own battle with cancer.
She has walked the journey herself — the fear, the hospital rooms, the waiting for results, the treatments, the physical pain, and the long nights filled with questions.
She knows what it feels like when your world suddenly changes.
And through it all, God carried her.
Out of that deeply personal fight, Cancer Warriors was born — a place where no one has to face cancer alone.
Who We Are
Cancer Warriors is a close-knit WhatsApp support group made up of:
• Individuals currently undergoing treatment (chemo, radiation, surgery)
• Those in remission
• Those who have been healed
• Family members and loved ones standing alongside someone fighting cancer
Distance does not matter.
What holds us together is faith, prayer, encouragement, and the decision that no one walks this road alone.
What We Do
We are not a medical group.
We are not a discussion forum filled with fear.
We are a faith-based support family.
In this group:
• We pray for one another
• We share encouragement
• We stand together during treatment days
• We speak life instead of fear
• We declare healing over one another
• We support caregivers and family members
• We celebrate victories — big and small
Some are in the middle of treatment.
Some are rebuilding after treatment.
Some are learning to live again after survival.
And some are holding up a loved one who is too tired to stand alone.
No one is invisible here.
What We Believe
We believe God still heals.
We believe prayer matters.
We believe encouragement strengthens the weary.
We believe that faith and medical treatment can walk together.
We believe in hope — even in hospital rooms.
And we believe that even when healing looks different than we expect, God is still present.
This Is More Than a Group
Cancer Warriors is:
A prayer shield.
A lifeline.
A safe place.
A space where tears are allowed.
A space where faith is strengthened.
This is not a place of pretending.
This is a place of standing.
Whether you are:
