Cancer Warriors – We Don’t Fight Alone
This group came out of Ps. Brenda own battle with cancer.
She’s walked the journey herself—the fear, the pain, the hospital rooms, the nights full of questions. And through it all, God carried her. Out of that deeply personal fight, Cancer Warriors was born—a place where no one has to face it alone.
We’re a family—brought together through one WhatsApp group called Cancer Warriors.
Distance doesn’t matter. What holds us together is faith, fire, and the will to keep going.
Some are right in the middle of treatment—chemo, radiation, or surgeries. Others have already been healed by the grace of God but are still trusting Him to restore what was damaged along the way. And then there are those walking beside someone they love—doing their best to stay strong, to believe, to pray, to stand in the gap.
We don’t just share messages—we cover one another in prayer.
We speak life. We declare healing. We don’t let anyone go through this fight alone.

Barbara Perlman, affectionately known by all as Tannie B
Barbara isn’t just part of this group—she’s one of the pillars holding it up. A survivor and warrior in every sense, she’s walked the dark valley of cancer and came out with fire in her bones. She knows what it’s like to face the unknown, to cry out in pain, and still say, “God is good.” She doesn’t just offer comfort—she speaks life into dry places. With fierce compassion and bold faith, she prays healing, strength, and hope into every single person here. When you’re near her, you feel it—you’re not alone, and God’s not done.
Dean De Jager
Dean has known the kind of grief that shakes a person to the core—but instead of giving up, he went to war in the Spirit. He is our watchman, our intercessor, the one who fights when we don’t have the words. He doesn’t just pray—he contends. Every time he lifts this group up, he’s tearing down spiritual strongholds. When your strength runs out, Dean is already on his knees. And when he prays, things move

This isn’t just a support group.
It’s a lifeline. A prayer shield. A space of real healing—not just for the body, but for the soul too.
Whether you’re fighting cancer, healing from it, or standing next to someone who is—
this family is here.
And so is the God who heals
