At Strength to Live Ministries, counselling is intentional, structured, biblical, and Spirit-led.

I offer one-on-one Christian counselling to individuals anywhere in the world via Microsoft Teams.

Whether you are facing marriage challenges, trauma, grief, spiritual warfare, emotional pain, illness, betrayal, or feeling spiritually confused — you do not have to navigate it alone.

Every session is grounded in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit.

This is a safe space for people who are seeking biblical truth, clarity, and freedom.

How the Counselling Process Works

First Session – 1 Hour 30 Minutes

The first session is scheduled for 90 minutes.

If we use the full time, we use it.
If we do not need the full time, we close earlier.

This session allows me to:

• Gather your history and background
• Understand the root issues
• Identify spiritual, emotional, and relational patterns
• Discern how best to approach your healing journey

After the first session, I take time to:

• Prayerfully assess your situation
• Develop a structured, biblical plan of action
• Identify the counselling direction
• Write specific prayers tailored to your situation

From there, I will communicate the next steps and outline how we will move forward.

Counselling is not rushed. It is intentional, prayerful, and guided by Scripture.

Session Fees & Booking Policy

• Counselling sessions are R500 per session.
• Payment is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to confirm your booking.

Sessions are scheduled in advance.

Confidentiality, compassion, and biblical integrity are priorities in every appointment.
